Tej Gonza, PhD is a co-founder and president of the IED, and an associate professor at the University of Ljubljana. He is a member of the advisory board of Cankarjev dom, Slovenia’s largest cultural centre, and a member of the executive committee of the International Association for the Economics of Participation. His academic and practical work focuses on democratic forms of corporate ownership, including research into policies, legislative development at local, national and EU levels, and technical support for companies transitioning to democratic ownership. He is also a Research Fellow at Rutgers University’s School of Management and Labour Relations and a recipient of the Changemakers Fellowship for Democracy.
