Director and co-founder of IED. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana, holds a Master's degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a PhD in Comparative Economic Analysis of Different Models of Employee Ownership from the Faculty of Social Sciences. Gonza is a recipient of the Rutgers University Outstanding Achievement Fellowship and the Changemakers for Democracy Award. At IED, he is involved in research, policy and advocacy work, as well as in the practical implementation of employee ownership in companies. Gonza is co-author of the European ESOP, the Platform ESOP and the European Marcore, which present three different models for promoting employee ownership.
