Government approves the starting points for the Employee Cooperative Ownership Act

In July 2024, the Slovenian Government approved the concept draft of the anticipated Slovenian ESOP legislation, which will foster and regulate employee ownership in our country. The law is expected to be adopted towards the end of the year or early next year.
