We work to create democratic working conditions that ensure a fairer distribution of wealth and build a sustainable, resilient and competitive economy.
By introducing best practices in employee co-ownership and workplace participation, we aim to strengthen the economy, promote sustainable development and support ownership models that primarily reward work and ideas.

CENTRE OF KNOWLEDGE
Everywhere in the world where employee ownership enjoys institutional support, it is becoming stronger and has a very positive impact on the economic and social situation of society. At the Institute, we design advocacy campaigns, research good practice and develop policy proposals to make it easier for companies to move towards employee ownership.
