In three sessions, we will present how the Slovenian Esop model works and what the new Esop legislation brings, the steps from the first idea to the actual transfer of ownership, and the culture of ownership that supports the long-term success of the company.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to hear from a practical experience - a representative from INEA, the first Slovenian 100 % employee-owned company, will share his insights.
