Kot is Fesaid that workers do not have control over their working process, but rather their superiors dictate it to them. "Supervisors at work have an even greater impact on our wellbeing and mental health than our life partners. Democracy, however, proverbially ends at the workplace door."
In his message, he referred to employees of small and medium-sized enterprises, many of which are on the verge of a major transfer of ownership from their founders to their successors. "That is why the Law on Owners' Cooperatives is being developed in cooperation between the Ministry for a Solidarity Future and the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, which will enable an effective and sustainable model of employee (co-)ownership. We are working to make this form of economic democracy come to life, especially in light of the issues mentioned above."
